The templates are unique to each environment.

There are three types of templates:

• Link template – must have it if you’re gifting trees via unique link

• Email template – must have it if you’re gifting trees via email

• Gift card template – must have it if you’re gifting trees via A5 Card

Please note, you may have templates of all three types at the same time. Currently only one template of each type is supported, i.e. you can’t create two Email templates but just one.

 

1.        From the left-hand menu go to API 

2.        Under the Template section click on  “Create template”  button.

3.        Select campaign type and click “Continue”.

4.        Design your template and click “Finalize template“.
